Yep, this 33-year-old Filipino, Hawaiian, and Russian bombshell is appearing in the soon-to-be-released sci-fi film as Lily Poison, and if she’s dressed anything like this, we’ll be waiting with bated breath. Miss Scherzinger is a triple threat, acting, dancing, and singing her way through Hollywood for the past decade. (including a stint with the reality group Eden’s Crush, which I may or may not have been obsessed with for a while).

The women, dubbed “rinsers,” troll the internet for wealthy, lonely men, who they get to follow them on Facebook and Twitter, and then convince to buy them expensive designer clothing, jewelry, and sometimes even trips overseas (for more shopping). And do they at least sleep with these poor saps who are shelling out thousands of dollars on them? Not according to the rinsers. As 33-year-old Jeanette says, “I do nice things for my friends and I don’t expect them to have sex with me.” Yeah, I’m SURE you do nice things, Jeanette. I’m SURE.

Unfortunately, I couldn’t find a video clip of the documentary, but I’m sure if we were to see it our disgust with these young women would be almost TOO overwhelming. I understand that men who are willing to empty their pockets for women they’ve never met are probably pretty clueless, but it doesn’t change the fact that any person who would lead another on for the sole intention of acquiring material goods is basically a lazy hooker- using sex to get stuff (but in this case they stop just short of the sex part). However, as one rinser puts it, “I’m not doing anything wrong, I’m not breaking any laws. If people are going to fall for it it’s their problem… They’re stupid.”

So, what do you think? Are these women just opportunistic? Or are they a tiny bit evil?

I took a trip to New York City in 2004, and along with the Broadway plays, visits to the Empire State Building and Statue of Liberty, and necessary Times Square photo shoot, there was one thing I wanted to do – ride that half-boat, half-bus thing that tours you around the city via water AND land. All my silly tourist NYC dreams came true, except the duck boat. I have dreamed of it ever since.

Until now, that is, when I found out that a man named Marc Witt created a totally NUTSO version of the boat-bus in the form of the “Sea Lion,” an amphibious vehicle that has broken records to become the fastest one of its kind. Using a Mazda Rotary 13B engine, the Sea Lion is capable of going 125 miles per hour on land and 65 in the water. Now THAT would be an awesome tour boat. Now if only I had $260,000 to shell out to buy this bad boy, we’d be set!

Check out this awesome video of the Sea Lion in action, set to a dramatic Mozart score. It’s like watching the part of a movie where an otherwise nice guy becomes a villain, except in this case a car is becoming a boat. You know, same thing.

Such is the case for the following four ex-members, who looked for a fun hook up, but instead stumbled into something more… just this week! Sure, people may think that OBC is just for sex-crazed maniacs that only want a quick hook up (and they’re probably right), even sex-crazed maniacs are susceptible to the inescapable grasp of love! Welp, that’s that, folks. Pack up your anti-gay marriage signs and store your Bibles in an upright and locked position, because it looks like everyone is finally on the same side. Except Bristol Palin, but no one cares about that balloon of cashews.

Unfortunately, the guy in this next story did none of those things, as shown by his unbelievably passive-aggressive text messages to a lady who “didn’t think there was a connection” on their first date (FIRST!).

The following is the text conversation between the two potential mates… culminating in an “accidental” text to Candice, “meant” for “a friend” and definitely “not about” her.

I’d like to make a scathing judgment about the guy, but in the spirit of being “open and compassionate” I’m going to leave it up to you. What do you think? Over here on the left coast, many college students are about to get out for summer. Some are graduating which means they’ll be pushed out of the nest and left to fend for themselves in the big scary world. Obviously, the best way to celebrate this newfound independence is to spend this weekend just getting absolutely sh*tty drunk, and San Diego’s club scene is prepared for just that very scenario.

However, my dear young friends, about to put your drinking shoes on and party the weekend away, I want to remind you that although you may feel like it, being drunk does NOT make you immune to gravity. And when your friends try to tell you that maybe you should be careful, pull it back a few notches and maybe get off that rain gutter, they’re probably right, and you’re probably about to eat sh*t, just like they predicted.

Sigh.

Mother’s Day is an important time to give thanks for family, specifically a woman who [insert disgusting reference to the science of giving birth]. A woman who you probably peed on, pooped on, and vomited on (maybe as a teenager [I'm looking at you, lil bro after prom]). A lady who has loved you despite your tantrums and selfish desires and insistence that your shoes be the right brand. However, along with giving thanks for these things, I think it’s important to also give thanks for all the beautiful women of Hollywood who have maintained their f***ability far into child bearing years. Unlike some, who let their bodies devolve into mushy wilted potato sacks, some ladies keep it tight for years and years, shaming women half their age into hitting the gym 6 times a week.

As I’ve, erm, “matured,” though, I’ve realized that sex is less like a souffle and more like a stew because you can pretty much add whatever and it’ll be pretty friggin’ delicious. Whether your partner is into role play or a little S&M or getting frisky in the great outdoors, as long as you agree with the circumstances you probably won’t end the romp thinking, “oh man, I totally regret trying that.” (exceptions include sex in a poison ivy plant and sex on the beach without a towel)

However, it still bears noting that Cosmo’s relentless barrage of sex tips doesn’t always have it right, either. While we’re sure there is someone out there that might be into some of their ideas, we’d highly suggest a pow-wow between partners before testing out some of their ways to “tease, squeeze, and totally please your guy,” like say, this one:

I have heard from several reputable sources that yes, if treated with caution, a prostate induced orgasm is pretty insane (Cosmo is not one of them, mind you). However, it’s an area of sexual exploration that should be ventured into with extreme caution in straight couples, considering it involves a woman getting REAL close to a guy’s Exit Only. Will Ferrell hosted SNL this weekend, and it was, in a word – disappointing. I suppose that could be said for a large percentage of the recent episodes, but my New Years Resolution was to be more positive*, so let’s be SUPER excited and POSITIVE and SLIGHTLY ENTERTAINED by the one sketch that made me laugh this weekend: the 100th anniversary of the Digital Short. It features all of our favorite Digital Short stars as well as a few new additions, and is a great way to get in the positive, excited, and totally ready to take on the week mood!
